User research and site redesign

Toi Whakaari connects the performing arts with aspiring individuals as well as the wider consumer base of theatre lovers. Their current website was loosing engagement so needed a UX reboot. I worked with the marketing and brand managers to identify the pain points and channels exhibiting low performance. Through discovery and ideation workshops with central stakeholders we identify key personas. From these personas I established a UX hierarchy and a cleaner IA paradigm. As the project was mobile-first we progressed the first iterations of wireframes in the mobile breakpoint. These were further refined through prototyping and testing into the larger screen sizes and once adequately validated, final UI applied based on the school’s current brand guidelines.
